Director's Interest in the Shares of the Company
GB Group plc announces today that Alex Green, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at a price of 19 pence per share. Following the purchase, Mr Green has a total beneficial holding of 230,000 ordinary shares which represents 0.27 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
