Director/PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") received notice of changes to the Shareholding of the following Director / Person Discharging Managerial Duties ("PDMR"):

The Company received notice on 26 July 2010 from Stephanie George, a non-executive Director, that on 15 July 2010, 6,300 ordinary shares in the Company were purchased on behalf of Ms George and her husband, at a price of $12.28 each. Following this transaction Ms George's total shareholding is now 10,000 shares.
