Director Dealing
The Company was advised on 23 March 2009 that on 17 March 2009, John Swaite, Finance Director, acquired 3,656 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at 16p per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Swaite has a total beneficial interest in 3,656 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was also advised on 23 March 2009 that on 18 March 2009, Amanda Woodruffe, Operations Director, acquired 3,400 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at 16.73p per share.
Following this purchase, Ms Woodruffe has a total beneficial interest in 3,400 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
