Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 10 October 2005, share awards were made to senior executives under the Meggitt Equity Participation Plan (the "Plan"). In accordance with the Rules and performance conditions of the Plan, the Trustee of the Plan today released vesting awards, it being 3 years from the date of grant. The effective price for the acquisition of shares being released was 155.4p.
The following directors and PDMR elected to retain all of their vesting shares, effectively increasing their cash investment in the Company as they will pay cash to cover the related tax liability. As a result, their holdings in the Company have increased as indicated below:
