Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Further to the announcement on 15 August 2019 by Citrus UK Bidco Limited ("Bidco") of a recommended mandatory cash offer for the Company (the "Offer") and the subsequent announcement on 23 August 2019 by Bidco that the Offer was wholly unconditional, pursuant to the terms of the proposals by Bidco to participants of the easyHotel Share Plans, Guy Parsons, Chief Executive Officer, exercised options in respect of 398,347 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the 2015 Performance Share Plan and in respect of 14,140 Ordinary Shares under the 2017 Sharesave Plan. Such Ordinary Shares will be accepted into the Offer.
