Directors Shareholding
The Company announces that on 11 June 2008 Mr. Foster, Managing Director, notified the Company of the transfer on that day of his shareholding in the Company to his personal pension fund. There has been no change to the underlying beneficial ownership or Mr. Foster's ultimate holding in the Company which remains 10,000 shares.
