PDMR/PCA Transaction Notification

Ultra Electronics Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that on 9 March 2021, Jos Sclater, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), purchased 1,147 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £20.7741 per Ordinary Share. Additionally, Anne Sclater, a Person Closely Associated with Jos Sclater, purchased 2,171 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £20.7236 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the purchases, Mr. Sclater and persons closely associated (PCAs) with him, now hold a total of 3,421 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.005% of the Company's issued share capital.
