Michael Page International plc was today notified that on 22 March 2012, Oliver Watson, a PDMR of the Company, (i) exercised options under the 2009 Michael Page Share Option Scheme to acquire the number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares') in the Company at the price per Share detailed below and (ii) sold the number of Shares at the price per Share detailed below.
