Director / PDMR Shareholding

Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM), a leading global provider of collateral management, liquidity and regulatory reporting and compliance solutions for the financial services industry, has received notification that on 16 August 2013 Nick Davies, Chief Technology Officer, exercised options over 2,600,000 Lombard Risk ordinary shares (representing 1.01% of the Company's issued share capital), 1,600,000 options at an exercise price of 4.5 pence per share and a further 1,000,000 options at an exercise price of 6.0 pence per share. The Company has also been notified that on 16 August 2013 Mr Davies subsequently sold 2,600,000 Lombard Risk ordinary shares at a price of 12 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr Davies retains a holding of 441,176 ordinary shares, representing 0.17 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
