Notification of Interests of Directors
In accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, notification is hereby given of transactions in the ordinary shares of the Company as follows:
Vesting of Shares under the PageGroup plc Executive Single Incentive Plan
On 15 March 2019, the Directors set out below received from Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust, the number of ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Shares") as set out in the table below, for nil cost, as a result of the vesting of Shares under the PageGroup plc Executive Single Incentive Plan.
