Share Purchase
In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.2, we have today been notified of the following transactions over ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company in respect of three Directors.
The following directors have each increased their shareholdings in the Company by 446 ordinary shares. The purchases were completed on 20 May 2008 via the OTC market in the USA at $10.75 per share and will be delivered in the form of American Depositary Shares (each representing one ordinary share in the capital of Wolseley plc):
