Synergy Healthcare PLC19 March 2008 19 March 2008 Synergy Healthcare plc ("Synergy" or the "Company") Director Shareholding The Company has been notified that on 17 March 2008 Dr Richard Steeves, ChiefExecutive, sold 358,819 ordinary shares at a price of 575.5 pence per share.D.W. Trustees (B.V.I) Limited as Trustees of the Golconda 1 Trust in which DrSteeves is beneficially interested has correspondingly purchased 358,819ordinary shares at a price of 575.5 pence per share. These transactions formpart of Dr Steeves' tax planning. Dr Steeves also sold 12,693 ordinary shares at a price of 591.5 pence per shareand correspondingly repurchased 12,595 ordinary shares from his SIPP at a priceof 591.5 pence per share. As a result of these transactions there has been no change to Dr Steeves' andhis related parties' beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of SynergyHealthcare plc.
