DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today received notification that Roger Matthews, Non-Executive Chairman of LSL, has transferred for nil consideration his entire holding of 86,882 shares of 0.2 p each in the company to his wife. Following this transfer, Mrs Matthews is interested in 86,882 Shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
