1 July 2011: Sierra Rutile Limited ("the Company") today received notice that, Dr. Charles Entrekin, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 22.6 pence per share.

Following this share purchase, Dr. Charles Entrekin's beneficial interest in the Company is 10,000 Ordinary Shares.
