PDMR Shareholding
IndigoVision Group plc announces that it has been notified that Jose Lopez Martin, Senior Vice President - Americas, of IndigoVision and a PDMR, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.20 per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Jose Lopez Martin's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 24,980 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.33 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
