Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C. was yesterday notified that on Tuesday 23rd April 2019, J Haynes (Chief Executive Officer) received 9,512 Ordinary 20p shares as the result of a transfer from the estate of his late brother, Marc Haynes. The instruction initiating the transfer was given by the Executors of the estate on Tuesday 9th October 2018 and J Haynes was not aware of when this transaction would complete.
J Haynes now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 719,653 Ordinary 20p shares in the capital of the Company representing 4.76 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company which comprises of 15,122,486 total voting shares and an additional 1,229,054 shares held in Treasury.
