The Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution" or the "Company"), the investment bank andretail fund management group, announces that Sanne Trustee Company UK Limited(the "Trustee") in its capacity as the trustee of The Evolution Group PlcEmployee Share Incentive Plan Trust (the "Plan") on 4 April 2007 purchased13,844 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 148.5 pence per share and thatEvolution has today issued 13,894 Ordinary shares of 1p each credited as fullypaid at 148.5 pence per share to the Trustee as "matching shares" under theterms of the Plan (given a shortfall of 50 shares scheduled to be issued inFebruary 2007). The Trustee holds the shares as Nominee for the participants of the Plan.
