The Company has received notification today that Michael Harper, Chairman, has been allotted 4,568 BBA Aviation plc ordinary shares of 2916/21 pence on 21 May 2010. The allotment was made in accordance with instructions under a Scrip Dividend Scheme mandate in relation to the beneficial interests in shares held by Mr Harper in a nominee account as at the record date. Mr Harper's total beneficial holding following this notification is 148,965 shares.
