THE PART EXERCISE OF A PERFORMANCE-RELATED OPTION GRANTED UNDER THE VEDANTA RESOURCES 2012 ESOP AND PART SALE OF SHARES ACQUIRED. THE OPTION, ORIGINALLY GRANTED OVER 35,000 SHARES, IS EXERCISABLE AS TO 5,250 SHARES NOW, AND UP TO 3,150 SHARES AND 2,100 SHARES ON THE SECOND AND THIRD ANNIVERSARIES OF ITS GRANT RESPECTIVELY AND DISPOSAL OF 1,745 SHARES.
