Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Tarsus announces that it was notified today that on 2 December 2015, Douglas Emslie, Group Managing Director, transferred 14,274 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company to his wife.
Douglas Emslie's beneficial interest in Tarsus Shares remains unchanged at 1,133,494 Shares, representing approximately 1.11 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
