Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - On 25 March 2026, awards were granted to the following Executive Directors under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan (the 'Plan') to acquire, for nil cost, ordinary 6.5p shares ('Shares') in the Company.
Each award has been granted over the number of Shares which has an aggregate value equal to forty percent of the bonus awarded to each Executive Director for 2025, based on an average of the market value of a Share over the five (5) days prior to the award date.
The awards will vest, and shares will be delivered, on 25 March 2029 subject to continued service.
Details of the number of Shares over which awards were granted are set out in the table below.

The Awards were granted from Bermuda.
The notifications set out below are made in accordance with the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
