Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and/or their Connected Persons
Resolution Limited has today been notified that on 23 December 2013, Andy Briggs, a Director of Resolution Limited transferred 353,009 Resolution Limited ordinary shares (ISIN number GG00B62W2327) to his wife, Mrs. Suzanne Briggs. These shares, which were gifted to Mrs Briggs, were transferred for nil consideration. The transfer occurred in London.
Following this transfer, Mr Briggs retains a beneficial interest in 353,591 Resolution Limited shares.
This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a).
