Highams Systems Services Group PLC30 March 2007 Highams Systems Services Group plc ("Highams" or "the Company") Director's Shareholdings The Board of Highams announces that it has granted the following options to MrDave Pye, Chief Executive of the Company: 1,931,700 options exercisable at 5.125p per share pursuant to the Highams EMIShare Option Scheme. The options were granted by the remuneration committee on 30 March 2007. Alloptions are exercisable at any time between 30 March 2010 and 30 March 2017subject to the audited gross profit figure of the Company for the financial yearended 31 March 2008 being in excess of £600,000 greater than the audited grossprofit figure of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2007. In theevent that the above gross profit figure to 2008 is not achieved, one third ofthe option shall instead vest on an increase in gross profit of £500,000 ormore.
