ITV plc Final Dividend
Dividend Reinvestment Plan
Following payment of the ITV dividend on 1 July 2008, Capita Registrars purchased 182 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares on behalf of Sir George Russell, a participant in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 43.04p.
Sir George Russell's interest is now in 4,590 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares.
