Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") received notice of changes to the Shareholding of the following Director / Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"):

The Company announces that it received notice on 10 December 2010, that Angela Ahrendts, a Director of the Company, gifted 12,350 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company on 9 December 2010 to Schwab Charitable Fund, a United States charitable donation administrator, by way of a charitable gift fund account.
