Matchtech Group PLC07 November 2007 MATCHTECH GROUP ("the Company") 7 November 2007 DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING The Company announces the exercise of options over 4,053 ordinary shares of 1peach in the Company on 5 November 2007 by Adrian Gunn, at 89p per Share.Following this exercise, Mr Gunn's beneficial interest in the Company comprises402,187 Shares, representing approximately 1.74% of the Company's issuedordinary share capital.
