Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Steve Langan, a PDMR, that he purchased 69 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company ('Shares') on 14 June 2018, at a price of £14.96 and that a person closely associated with him, has purchased 1,293 Shares on 14 June 2018 at a price of £14.96.
