The Company announces that Graham Sutherland, CEO of the Company, yesterday notified the Company that he purchased a total of 45,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 70.3 pence per Ordinary Share and 45,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 70.0 pence per Ordinary Share ("Ordinary Shares").
