Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC ("the Company") has been notified that on 29 June 2010 Ed Torr, Managing Director of Dechra Veterinary Products Europe, sold 3,200 shares in the Company at a price of 385p. On the same day Petrina Torr, a connected person, sold 2,700 shares in the Company at a price of 386p.

Following this disposal Ed Torr's interest in the Company is 401,489 shares (0.607% of current issued share capital).
