NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") AND OF PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ("PCAs")
PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Mr James Barham, Group Chief Executive of the Company, bought 10,600 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 185 pence each on 16 March 2020.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
PCA Shareholding
The Company further announces that on 16 March 2020 Mrs Lulu Barham (PCA to Mr Barham) bought 10,600 Ordinary Shares at a price of 185 pence each.
Following the above PDMR and PCA shareholding transactions:
· Mr Barham holds 1,577,973 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.84% of the total shareholdingin the Company.
· Mrs Barham holds 10,600 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01% of the total shareholding in the Company.
· Together Mr and Mrs Barham hold 1.85% of the total shareholding in the Company.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMRs is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
