AGA RANGEMASTER GROUP PLC NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBIITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
On 1 June 2012, ordinary shares of 46 7/8 pence were purchased under the AGA Rangemaster Group plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("the Plan"). The dividend reinvested on 1 June 2012 was the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2011 of 1.1 pence per share.
