Inmarsat plc: Director share dealing

Vesting of shares under CEO LTIP and CEO Bonus Share Award

This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4.R.

Awards over ordinary shares of €0.0005 in Inmarsat plc under the 2007 CEO LTIP and 2009 CEO Bonus Share Award were made to Mr Andrew Sukawaty, Chairman. 

Shares vesting under the 2007 CEO LTIP, including additional shares in lieu of dividends, totalled 160,631. 

Shares vesting under the 2009 CEO Bonus Share Award, including additional shares in lieu of dividends, totalled 142,677.

The total number of shares vesting is 303,308.

The first time shares could vest was 5 November because of the close period for the Q3 results.

Mr Sukawaty elected to sell sufficient shares at £5.60 to pay tax and social security deductions falling due and has retained a balancing number of 145,271 shares.

Mr Sukawaty's total ordinary shareholding is now 922,867 shares.
