Holidaybreak PLC28 February 2007 28 February 2007 Holidaybreak plc ('the Company') Director/PDMR shareholding Holidaybreak plc announces that Robert Baddeley, a Director, has today exercisedoptions under the Holidaybreak plc 2001 Savings Related Share Option Scheme tosubscribe for 983 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at an exercise priceof 343p. Mr Baddeley subsequently gifted those shares to Kathleen Baddeley.
