Notification and public disclosure of vesting of ADBP Awards to Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR') and relates to the vesting of ADBP Awards of shares by the Executive Directors, who are also PDMRs, under the Company's Annual Deferred Bonus Plan ('ADBP').
These awards relate to the 2021 ADBP and are referred to in the Group's 2022 Annual Report and Accounts. The awards were conditional on continued employment with the Group which must be retained until the shareholding requirement is met. The awards are subject to malus and clawback provisions.
A copy of the FCA notification form in respect of vesting of the award to each PDMR, as required under the EU Market Abuse Regulation and in the prescribed format, is set out below.
