Helphire Group PLC29 February 2008 HELPHIRE GROUP PLC (the "Company") Director Share Dealing The Company received notification on 29th February 2008 from David Lindsay, theCompany's Finance Director, that on the same day his pension fund ATF SIPP -David Lindsay, purchased 25,000 (0.018%) of the Company's ordinary 5p shares ata price of 191.5 pence per share.
