The following announcement amends the one issued under RNS number 7948C, at 16.15pm on 4 May 2012, made on behalf of Mr S T Gulliver. The announcement made on 4 May 2012 contained a typing error. The number of shares acquired in Section 5(i) has been amended from 25,592 to 35,932. The revised announcement, amending Section 5(i) is set out below:
