GCP STUDENT LIVING PLC (THE “COMPANY”)

The Company was informed on 5 November 2015 that, following the conversion of 15,000 Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (“C Shares”) into Ordinary shares on 28 October 2015, Mr Robert Peto, Chairman and non-executive Director of the Company, is interested in a further 11,714 Ordinary shares.

Following this transaction, Mr Peto is now interested in a total of 41,714 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.02% of the Ordinary Shares in issue). The legal and beneficial interest in 50% of these shares is held by Mrs Susan Peto, spouse of Mr Peto.
