The Company was notified on 5 April 2021 that Colin Jones, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,370 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of 144.62 pence per share on 31 March 2021 and purchased a further 10,402 Ordinary Shares at a price of 144.11 pence per share and an additional 10,403 Ordinary Shares at a price of 144.10 pence per share each on 1 April 2021.
