Director shareholding
The following announcement and notification is made in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
The Company received notice that on 4 / 5 December 2019 Sir Nigel Rudd (Chairman) and Lady Rudd (person closely connected with Sir Nigel Rudd) each transferred 50,000 shares in the Company from their ISAs into the name of Sir Nigel Rudd, via a sale, on 5 December 2019, and purchase of shares on 4 December 2019. Following this transaction Sir Nigel's total beneficial holding including those of his connected persons is unchanged at 145,600 shares.
