PDMRs’ Shareholdings
Executive Share Option Scheme (‘ESOS’)
The following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (‘PDMRs’) have exercised options under the ESOS over Centrica plc ordinary shares of 614/81 pence (‘Shares’) that were awarded to them on 1 April 2005 with an exercise price of 203.55 pence per Share.
The options were exercised in full and all Shares were sold, including sufficient to settle withholding tax liabilities.
