Director Shareholding

Sinosoft has been notified today that Mark Christopher Greaves, a non-executive director of the Company, has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.148642 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 8.5p per share (the "Share Purchase"). 

Following the Share Purchase Mr. Greaves holds a total of 500,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.30% of the Company's issued share capital.
