On 24 May 2017, under the arrangement whereby a proportion of the fees payable to the Chairman and Non-Executive Directors is paid in shares, the following awards of Ordinary shares of 11.25p each (“Shares”) were made to the Directors listed below.
The transactions took place on 24 May 2017 and are notified in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
