Hamilton, Bermuda - In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1) Hiscox Ltd advises that on 31 March 2016, Ernst Jansen, Anne MacDonald and Colin Keogh, Non-Executive Directors, each purchased 2,186, 2,097, and 1,257 shares in the Company, respectively, at a price of 972p per share.

The transactions took place in Bermuda.
