Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Connected Persons
The Company announces that London & Scottish Property Investment Management Limited ("LSPIM"), a company controlled by Stephen J Inglis and a related party of the Company has transferred a holding of 1,136,363 Ordinary shares in Regional REIT Limited, to AMC Assets Limited a company also controlled by Mr Inglis who is a non-executive Director of the Company, as well as being the chief executive officer of LSPIM. Stephen J Inglis's beneficial holding in aggregate remains 2,336,117 Ordinary shares in Regional REIT Limited.
