Essentra plc announces that it has been advised that
(a) Colin Day was allocated 3,986 ordinary shares through the Essentra plc Dividend Re-Investment Plan. The shares were purchased at a price of £8.4603 each for a total consideration of £33,723. Colin's total shareholding is now 514,553 shares which represents 0.1966% of the Company's voting rights.
(b) Lorraine Trainer was allocated 57 ordinary shares through the Essentra plc Dividend Re-Investment Plan. The shares were purchased at a price of £8.4603 each for a total consideration of £482. Lorraine's total shareholding is now 7,714 shares which represents 0.0029% of the Company's voting rights.
