Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been notified that on 4th December 2013, Paul Stephens, a PDMRof the Company , sold 1,900 ordinary shares in the Company at an average priceof 2135.58p each and a person connected to Paul Stephens sold 600 ordinaryshares in the Company at a price of 2136.09p each. Following this notificationhis shareholding is 75,436 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of theCompany, constituting 0.20% of the issued share capital.
