Notification of Interests of Executive Directors and Other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs')
On 16 September 2016 the Company granted each of the Executive Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility listed below options over its ordinary shares of 12 2/9p each ('Shares') under the Standard Life Sharesave Plan ('the Sharesave Plan'), the terms of which were approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 17 May 2011.
The option exercise price in respect of such options is £2.834 being calculated in accordance with the rules of the Sharesave Plan.
The options become exercisable on 1 November 2021 for a period of 6 months.
