The Company was advised on 25 January 2011 that on 18 January 2011, Mr Tigue, a Director of the Company, bought 16,279 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 305.0p per share, representing 0.022% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Mr Tigue had a total interest of 75,173 shares in the Company representing 0.103% of the Company's issued share capital.
