This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 7 February 2011, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Angela Wright, a PDMR, paid up nil paid shares totalling 12,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 104p each pursuant to the Company's Senior Employee Matching Purchase Scheme December 2008 grant.

Her resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 113,660 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.0492% of the total issued share capital of the Company and the total number of shares over which options are held by her is 43,299.
