The Company has also been notified today thatLady Walker, the wife of Sir Rodney Walker, has acquired 1,750 ordinary sharesof 10 pence each at £4.9935 pence per share on 22 March 2007. Sir RodneyWalker's shareholding in Spice, including family interests and connectedparties, therefore remains unaltered and totals 582,500 shares (representingapproximately 1.2 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company).
